Kaul asks court to declare 1849 law doesn’t apply to abortion
Attorney General Josh Kaul and a group of doctors are asking a Dane County Circuit Court to expedite a challenge to Wisconsin’s 1849 criminal abortion ban and issue a final judgment affirming the law doesn't apply to consensual medical abortions.
