Sheboygan County DA vows appeal in lawsuit over 1849 law
Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski intends to appeal a decision by a Dane County judge that declared an 1849 law initially understood by many as a criminal abortion ban doesn’t apply to “consensual abortions.”
