Assembly committee leader sees growing support for mental health investments

Rep. Paul Tittl, R-Manitowoc, chair of the Assembly Committee on Mental Health and Substance Abuse Prevention, said Tuesday there’s “growing support” among the Republican-controlled Legislature for more investments in mental health, including school-based services.
