Business Health Care Group in full growth mode – welcomes new members
MILWAUKEE – February 26, 2018 – The Business Health Care Group (BHCG) announced today its
ranks are growing considerably with the addition of 15 employers that have joined over the last year. BHCG expanded its service area to northeast Wisconsin last year to include 22 counties in the state.
Says BHCG Executive Director Jeff Kluever, “We have been a coalition of committed employers
since 2003 with robust C-Suite support and active involvement from our member employer
representatives. We are pleased more employers are recognizing the value proposition of BHCG
membership and we continue strengthening our position as the unified employer voice across the
entire eastern Wisconsin health care market.”
In 2017 BHCG added the following employers: Almon, Inc. (Waukesha); American Metal
Technologies, LLC (Sturtevant); Bemis Manufacturing Company (Sheboygan Falls); Inlanta
Mortgage, Inc. (Pewaukee); Krones, Inc. (Franklin); Nordco, Inc. (Oak Creek); Oldenburg Group, Inc. (Milwaukee); and Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (Manitowoc).
More employers were added as of January 1, 2018, including: Associated Banc-Corp. (Green Bay);
The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (Milwaukee); Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc.
(Milwaukee); Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin, Inc. (Menasha); Kohler Co. (Kohler); and Reinhart Partners, Inc. (Mequon). BHCG also anticipates significant growth throughout 2018 and 2019.
“When added to our membership roster, these employers increase BHCG’s ability to lead change and improve the value of health care – both quality and cost. Our self-funded member employer costs have decreased by 10 percent on average,” said Kluever.
“Member employers also benefit considerably from the many employer solutions we offer at preferred prices and terms. And they appreciate the networking opportunities, legal resources and consumer engagement support BHCG membership offers,” he added.
